Our festival requires a registration fee to attend workshops and events. Concerts at night are open to the public with a small admission fee. We encourage pre-registration — T-shirts and catered meals must be ordered in advance of the festival. However, anyone may register at the door during the fete to attend workshops, jams and concerts.
This year, registration begins at noon on Thursday afternoon at the Community Center. No one, even Lagniappe fete members, will be allowed in the building in the morning due to prior Port Allen community programs. Everyone must be registered to attend workshops, so please stop by the community center first before going to a workshop. Registration continues on Friday morning and all day Friday and Saturday.
Here is a PDF file of our 4-page Comprehensive Registration Form:
This year’s Registration Form has 3 pages. Please complete and return all 3 pages by mail to Pam Kaster, Registration Chairman. Use an additional registration form for each family member.
Use the address on the Registration Form
- Page 1 is the actual Registration Form where you identify what type of participant you are and order meals, T-shirts and our “Tune Book.”
- Page 2 shows your preference for workshops. This is not binding, but gives us an idea of what type of room to assign based on class size and how many copies of music to make.
- Page 3 is a template for a Complimentary Dulcimer Luggage Tag. This is our way of saying “thanks” for coming to our fête and helps identify dulcimers and other instruments. Carefully print and return the template — one tag for person — Include only information that you want to be visible on the luggage tag. The Luggage Tags are only offered to folks who pre-register prior to the fête.
Please keep in mind the deadlines for T-shirts February 20, 2020 and meals February 27, 2020. This year no meal tickets will be for sale at the fête; all meals must be pre-ordered.
No refunds after March 5 for any festival item.
