Dulcimer Lessons

Beginning Dulcimer Lessons

Loaner Dulcimers are available.

No need to have musical experience for these lessons, we start with the basics.

Lagniappe Fete 2020

Our 19th Annual Fete was held on March 12-14. 2020, and Sunday morning March 15. It was  another great dulcimer fete with workshops, concerts, vendors and jamming.

Our theme is “Jambalaya Jammin”. Lots of fun jams such as “Tabasco Pepper Jam” were held.

Weekly Dulcimer Meetings

The club meets each Monday from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm at Community Bible Church on Jefferson Hwy. (close to Essen Lane). The club is not meeting now due to the Covid-19 virus restrictions. Please check back!

Cajun Dulcimer Jam

Join Joe for Cajun dulcimer jams at the Acadian Cultural Center (501 Fisher Road, Lafayette, Louisiana) which is part of the Jean Lafitte National Historical Park. Joe leads the jams the second Saturday of every month. Contact Joe first, sometimes the jams are postponed for various reasons.  Pass a great time!
