Come to our part of the country and experience our delicious Cajun cuisine. This year for our evening suppers, Danny’s Cajun Catering. The Cedatol couple operates a full-time and highly respected catering business. They are located in White Castle, Louisiana, in the heart of Cajun country and bring a true authenticity to their meals.
Our evaluation forms showed that folks prefer Red Beans, Sausage and Rice for Thursday supper and they also want the Friday catfish to be “hot.” So Danny’s will fry the catfish on-site assuring a hot and crispy catfish dinner.
Thursday Supper: New Orleans’ style Red Beans, Sausage and Rice with side dish, beverages and an elegant “Birthday Cake” and ice cream hosted and sponsored by Lagniappe member, Marie Williams. (Price $10.00)
Friday Supper: Louisiana Fried Catfish dinner with fixings, beverages and desserts hosted by lagniappe members. (Price $14.00) We will offer a second choice for those who want to experience something else: Chicken Fettuccine, salad, beverages and desserts. (Price $12.00)
Saturday Supper: Cajun Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya with fixings, beverages and desserts. (Price $10.00)
Friday lunch: This lunch will be catered by Court Street Café, a popular eating establishment in downtown Port Allen. We anticipate: Turkey or Ham Po-Boy,( Price $8:00) Chicken and Sausage Gumbo and Rice, (Price $10.00) and Fried Shrimp Po-Boys and potato salad. (Price $10.00)
Saturday Lunch: Catered by Logan Farms, we offer Turkey or Ham Po-Boy or Deluxe Chef Salad. (Price $8.00)
